Bob is a patent attorney practicing in the areas of electrical, optics, semiconductors, materials, software, data storage and security, medical devices, and related arts.  In addition to patent procurement, Bob specializes in strategic patent portfolio development, drafting and negotiating complex transactions, opinion work, due diligence, and intellectual property portfolio valuation.  Bob was Chief IP Counsel at Seagate Technology for nearly 10 years.
