Greene Espel attorney Amran Farah will be teaching a free CLE on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Mueting Raasch Group (MRG). The CLE program explores both eliminating bias and fostering an inclusive culture in the workplace. It offers practical strategies and tools to reduce the impact of bias at both the individual and organizational levels, including guidance on providing unbiased feedback, running inclusive meetings, and identifying and avoiding microaggressions to create a more respectful and inclusive environment.

Amran is a partner at Greene Espel, where she practices as a commercial litigator and employment attorney. In her employment practice, she provides strategic counseling to clients navigating workplace challenges and opportunities. She has extensive experience assisting national employers with sensitive workplace matters and conducting employment investigations involving claims of discrimination, fraud, and sexual harassment. Amran is also a founding member of Greene Espel’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practice, where she helps clients develop DEI policies that promote racial and gender equity and provides strategic planning and diversity training programs.
