BIOGRAPHY
Fouad is a patent attorney practicing in the areas of biotechnology, biomedical sciences, and medical devices. His experience includes patent preparation and prosecution, patent licensing, and freedom to operate analysis. Prior to joining MRG, Fouad worked in hospital and university technology transfer offices, where he collaborated with inventors, attorneys, and industry members to patent, license, and commercialize new technologies worldwide.
Fouad is passionate about learning his clients’ inventions and strategizing with them to meet their intellectual property protection needs. Before his legal career, he conducted studies on functional brain networks in psychiatric illnesses at the Wayne State University School of Medicine’s Brain Imaging Research Division. In his free time, Fouad enjoys exploring urban architecture and landscapes.
