OUR COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION
Mueting Raasch Group is committed to continually addressing systemic and individual unconscious biases, thereby creating a diverse and inclusive working environment for each and every member of our team. These efforts include developing an inclusive leadership group, and continuous review of our internal processes to minimize potential unconscious biases in decision-making.
We are also committed to better integrating diversity, equity and inclusion considerations into our business processes and practices with particular focus on integrating these factors into recruiting and career development of diverse talent and individuals; client relations and future business development; and our vendor diversity suppliers selection and management.
Event (5/31/2023): MRG hosted an event on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Legal Profession presented by Sybil Dunlop.
Greene Espel attorney Sybil Dunlop presented a CLE on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Mueting Raasch Group (MRG).
In 2020, Sybil interviewed over 25 diverse attorneys from around the country about their experiences in the legal industry. These attorneys’ voices offer practical advice as well as haunting testimony reflecting how far we still have to go. The presentation discussed her article, published in Mitchell Hamline Law Review, and provided insight into the specific challenges that diverse attorneys face – and how we can take the next steps to do better.
